Lico white

Liquiritigenin is a flavonoid extracted from licorice root. It has potent anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory. This product is recommended for skin nourishing applications. It is a tyrosinase inhibitor comparable to glabradin. Lico-White inhibits the formation of melanin in melanocyte cells, resulting in lighter skin and reduced pigmentation.

Lico-white is beneficial in anti-acne treatments acting in 3 ways; 1) fighting the acne bacteria, 2) reducing inflammation and the severity, and 3) preventing excessive skin darkening.

Licorice is a widely accepted substance due to its skin lightening effect and its natural origin. Licowhite doesn’t cause irritation. It can reduce the irritation profile of your product.

Use rate: 0.2 – 1.0% (0.02 – 0.1% active matter for a 10% concentrate)

Temperature tolerance: Avoid temperatures above 60°C

pH Stability: 3.5 – 6.5

Appearance: Clear to yellow-tinged turbid liquid

Storage: Store in a cool, dark, and dry place
