Our office hours are Monday-Friday from 9am until 5pm (National holidays excluded). Generally, orders are dispatched next day (when you order before 12pm) and you will receive it the day after. For example, if you order on a Monday before 12pm, it will be picked up on Monday by our logistic partners and delivered on Tuesday. If you order on Monday after 12pm, it will be picked up on Tuesday and delivered to you on Wednesday. If your order cannot meet the set time you will be informed.
